Joaquín Costa and Casfid, the radiofrequency technology that uses the Medusa Festival and the Spanish Congress

Eighth episode of the second season of the weekly podcast presented by Estefanía Pastor. Today we interview Joaquín Costa, co-founder and CEO of Casfid, a radiofrequency identification services company that allows to know in real time how many people are inside an enclosure, and it allows intelligent payment systems. The company has used its technology in festivals such as the Medusa Festival or in congresses such as the “Palacio de Congresos de València”.

Telecommunications Engineer at the Universitat Politècnica de València, Costa has been developing this company for more than five years, which has been recognized by entities such as the European Center for Innovative Companies (CEEI) of Valencia, the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Valencia or the Iberian Festival Awards . The CEO of Casfid talks about the future of the company, new projects, the possibilities of its solutions and big data, its international expansion and what where the mistakes during the company’s launch.
