Minsait, an Indra company, has acquired 100% of the startups Afterbanks, fintech that has a differential technology that allows extracting and aggregating data from different banks in real time and initiate payments instantly and completely securely, an operation that accelerates Minsait’s advance in the business of open banking, with great potential especially in Europe and Latin America.
In a statement, Minsait notes that Afterbanks complements its “advanced offer” for the financial sector and expands the value proposition and benefits of its solutions in areas such as means of payment, data intelligence or solutions that provide companies with financial management. In addition, he adds that this is the second startup purchase operation, following the acquisition of a stake in Finect, closed through Indraventures, Indra’s corporate vehicle to strengthen its relationship with startups, spinoffs, universities and intraentrepreneurs; channel and finance initiatives aimed at accelerating innovation in Indra.
