The German technology company New Work, until a few months ago known by the name of its social network Xing, has put down roots in Valencia a year after choosing the city as the site for a new tech centre. The company, which started with a dozen people with a coworking as a provisional location, has now reached thirty and has relocated to offices in the city centre with the aim of reaching 80 in the next two years.
Xing, similar to LinkedIn but focused on German-speaking countries, is the leading network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With 15 million users in these countries, is present in various European cities like Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Porto or Barcelona with its centers, where it already concentrates a staff of nearly 1,500 workers who this week visited Valencia to celebrate its Kick-Off 2020, where they explained the new strategy of expansion and growth of the company.
