The first Agro-lab programme, focused on innovative and sustainable projects in the agri-food sector, will be launched in September with five entrepreneurial product transformation projects, which will work in Col-lab, the social and environmental innovation accelerator of Las Naves.
The initiatives selected in the first call propose the recovery and transformation of autochthonous varieties, such as the spérida apple and the cacau del collaret, as well as other products made by collectives of producers cultivated with agro-ecological techniques. These are La Fermenteria de l’Horta, Manzanas Espéridas, Cacaus Climent, Serra Grossa and Bokaras.
