The city of Valencia is looking more than ever at the seafront to turn it into a technological pole where startups and large innovative companies can come together. Although this project has been constantly on the table during the last two legislatures, now the regional legislation is blowing in the right direction so that, finally, the pretensions of the Economic Development area will come to fruition.
It was this month of December when the Regional Ministry of Economy published the decree regulating the autonomous registry and procedures in relation to industrial areas of the Valencian Community where, with contributions from entities such as the Valencian Association of Startups, not only recognize the industrial areas usually associated with industrial parks, but also the technological enclaves.
