Innovation invests 190 million euros in the knowledge society

The Councillor for Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, Carolina Pascual, has announced the main lines of her department. Through the Generalitat’s budget, she will invest 190 million euros in the knowledge society.

The Regional Ministry “is the backbone for our Valencian Community and the province of Alicante to be a reference point for supporting the entire technological and innovative ecosystem”, stressed the regional minister.

Carolina Pascual made these statements after a meeting with the President of the Provincial Council of Alicante, Carlos Mazón, which was also attended by the Rectors of the University of Alicante, Manuel Palomar, and the University Miguel Hernández of Elche, Juanjo Ruiz, as well as the Regional Secretary for Innovation, Jordi Juan; the Director General of SPTCV, Antonio Rodes, and the Secretary General of the Valencian Agency for Innovation, Olivia Estrella, and the Deputy for the Digital Agenda, Adrián Ballester.
